The site consists of 0.8- acre and affords direct frontage and access along Airline Drive and Crosstimbers Street. The site is strategically positioned west of Interstate 45.
The focus of this evaluation is the anticipated fuel volume and convenience store sales during the first three years of planned facility operation. A comprehensive fuel and convenience store rebuild development strategy has been created and analyzed for volume and sales projection purposes.
